As a Senior Copywriter at Brains, you will be a key player in crafting compelling narratives that drive our clients' brands forward. Your words will shape the voice and tone of a wide variety of projects, from digital campaigns to print materials, ensuring that every piece of content resonates with its audience. With a deep understanding of brand strategy and a passion for storytelling, you will collaborate closely with our creative, strategy, and design teams to deliver impactful copy that meets client objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Creative Writing & Concept Development
  • Develop engaging and persuasive copy for a variety of platforms, including websites, social media, emails, print materials, and more.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to brainstorm and develop innovative concepts for campaigns and projects.
  • Maintain consistency in brand voice and tone across all deliverables.
  • Craft original campaign concepts and scripts for commercials, videos, and other multimedia content.
  • Develop brand narratives for new brands, ensuring a strong and cohesive storytelling approach.

Brand Strategy & Execution

  • Understand and articulate the client’s brand, objectives, and target audience to create relevant and effective copy.
  • Translate complex concepts into clear, concise, and compelling messages.
  • Work with strategy and design teams to ensure copy aligns with overall brand strategy and visual elements.

Collaboration and Communication

  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and present copy solutions.
  • Participate in client meetings, pitches, and presentations, offering insights and creative solutions.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive project execution.

Who You Are

  • Experienced: You have 7+ years of experience in copywriting, preferably within an agency setting, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of projects and mediums.
  • Creative Thinker: You have a knack for crafting original and compelling narratives that captivate and engage audiences.
  • Brand Savvy: You understand the nuances of brand voice and can adapt your writing style to match different brands and industries.
  • Detail-Oriented: You have an eye for detail, ensuring all copy is polished, precise, and aligns with the client’s objectives.
  • Collaborative: You thrive in a team environment, working seamlessly with creatives, strategists, and designers to bring ideas to life.
  • Adaptable: You can quickly adjust your writing style to suit different platforms, audiences, and client needs.
  • Proactive: You take initiative in seeking out new creative challenges and opportunities to enhance your skills.

Compensation for Full Time: Salary starting at 75k based on experience level and location and factored into overall compensation package upon offer of employment.
