As a Senior Designer at Brains you will take the lead in shaping the visual identity and creative direction of our client projects. In this role, you will have the opportunity and creative flexibility to explore and leverage your strengths across a wide range of design disciplines, including brand identity, campaign work, packaging design, experiential/environmental design, and brand building.

As a Senior Designer at Brains on Fire, you will:

• Lead design initiatives, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to develop innovative and impactful design solutions.
• Serve as the lead designer on client accounts, demonstrating a deep understanding of their brand, business objectives, and target audience.
• Develop and deliver creative design solutions for diverse projects and clients.
• Lead the creation and evolution of brand identities, ensuring consistency and alignment with client objectives.
• Utilize your experience in building and developing comprehensive visual systems, including logos, color palettes, typography, and iconography.
• Craft compelling visual narratives that effectively communicate the brand's unique value proposition.
• Oversee the execution of design projects from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery.
• Develop and execute visual identities for omnichannel campaigns, ensuring a consistent look and feel across all execution channels.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into effective design solutions.
• Communicate design concepts and ideas clearly and persuasively to clients and internal teams.
• Participate in client meetings and presentations, providing strategic design insights and recommendations.

Who You Are:

• Experienced: You have 5+ years of design experience in an agency setting or equivalent environment with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of projects and mediums. If you have experience with photo/production and/or motion, that’s a plus.
• Creative Thinker: You are inherently curious. You are a natural and comfortable ideator and a strong conceptual thinker. You are not afraid of “bad ideas”.

Compensation for Full Time: Salary starting at 75k based on experience level and location and factored into overall compensation package upon offer of employment.
