As a UI/UX Designer at Brains, you will play a pivotal role in crafting intuitive and visually captivating digital experiences for our clients. Your designs will enhance user interactions and engagement across various web platforms, aligning with client goals and bringing their brand identity to life. With a strong background in designing for shoppable, direct-to-consumer (DTC) sites, and specific experience working with Shopify and Webflow, you’ll collaborate closely with our creative, strategy, and development teams to deliver seamless, impactful user experiences.

User Interface & User Experience Design

• Design and prototype user-centered web interfaces that are visually appealing, functional, and aligned with brand aesthetics.
• Conduct user research and analysis to understand target audiences, ensuring that designs address their needs and behaviors.
• Develop wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups for websites and digital applications.
• Ensure designs are responsive and optimized for mobile, tablet, and desktop experiences.

Brand Alignment & Visual Strategy

• Maintain consistency in visual style and usability across all digital touchpoints, adapting to each client’s unique brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with strategy and design teams to ensure cohesive branding, translating complex ideas into clear, compelling visual solutions.
• Incorporate feedback from clients and team members to refine and polish designs.

• ‍Experienced: You have 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in an agency setting, with a robust portfolio showcasing web projects across different platforms.‍
• User-Centric: You’re passionate about understanding user needs and can translate insights into meaningful and functional design elements.‍
• Creative & Detail-Oriented: You have an eye for detail and a knack for blending creativity with functionality to produce polished and impactful designs.‍
• Tech-Savvy: You’re proficient with industry-standard tools (like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) and have a working knowledge of front-end development principles (HTML/CSS) to enhance collaboration with developers. Experience with Webflow is a plus!‍
